Agama Yoga

 

Agama  yoga is based on traditional Tantric Hatha and Kundalini Yoga of India and Tibet. During the practice asanas [body postures] are embraced as a meditation to activate and harmonize the energetic qualities as well as the physical body.

Emphasis is placed on the chakra system and the natural occurring earth and cosmic energies. The classes are both rich in Yogic Philosophy and practice. Deeper practice uses more advanced yogic techniques including Kriyas, Bhandas, Mudras and the use of Yantras and Mantras. Classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced students.

Radasi has studied and practiced yoga for over ten years. She began studying and practicing Agama’s teachings 8 years ago gradually developing as a yoga teacher within the internal TTC , she has actively taught the Agama program for over five years, including teaching on the 500 hour Agama Teacher Training courses. She is certified as a level three Shiromani yoga teacher.
