This amazing and optional self-paced program can be adapted to suit whatever is your present life circumstance.

Whether you are working full time, are pregnant, or even a full-time parent, this program can work for you. We know, because it is we are already supporting people — with many backgrounds, from all around the globe — in deepening in their Yoga and becoming teachers.

In the coming months we are offering the opportunity to finish the whole training online, to those who are confident that they can do this. For most people to emerge as a confident yoga instructor, it is essential at some point to be in person with your teachers to have that direct feedback and group support. That is why we have created the option to join us in retreat for 1 week next year. This will be an opportunity to integrate everything you have learnt and bring it together with direct practice alongside your teachers.

In this period, you can choose whether you wish to complete 120 hrs of the training or the full 200hrs. If you would like to complete the training within a 2 month period, both you and the lead trainer can evaluate in advance that you would be ready to  take the full 200hr training online.

If you prefer to go more slowly and also have the opportunity to meet and practice with your teachers in person, you are warmly invited to complete the training with us during a 7-day Immersion retreat in Greece next year.
