TRADITIONAL TANTRA GANESH SADHANA WORKSHOP

RISHIKESH, INDIA

22 – 26 FEBRUARY 2027

TANTRIC SADHANA RETREAT

The Traditional Tantra sadhana offers you an authentic experience of ancient practices.

The retreats offers a profound introduction where you participate in creating a Ganesh Yantra. With the support of the group energy together we meditate 1-3 hours a day with a specific mantra for this energy.

Each day we will also have a Yagna {Fire ceremony} for the different qualities of Ganesh, along with Aarti and bhajans. These practices are coming the right handed Tantra from our lineage Shivoham Tantra.

As part of the sadhana we also take holy bath each day in River Ganga.

Yorgos and Radasi Aryavrat are experienced and Initiated Tantric Guides, Radasi has been under close guidance of Guruji for over 15 years and guiding groups every year in Rishikesh since 2015, Yorgos has been initiated in Traditional Tantra for 11 years, both spending extensive periods at the ashram and supporting Maha Kundalini processes, they are able to support each person as needed on the path of Tantra.

YANTRA & MANTRA

A Yantra is a geometrical design which holds the energy of the divine in the astral and physical planes. The different geometric patterns symbolically represent different aspects of the forces of the universe. For instance the central point represents the infinite beyond form, whilst the four gates around the edge represent the four directions. For Navaratri we plant seeds into earth, in this way the energy of the Goddess grows with the life of the little plants.

In Tantra we also use Mantra which is the sound vibration of the particular energy we are working with, in Navaratri it is always with an aspect of the divine feminine. The repetition of her mantra with the support of the yantra builds the frequency of this beneficial energy inside of us, purifying us, and helping us to embody our divine energy.

TESTIMONIALS

“No video could have shown and explained how magnificently they were holding the space for our group, how she is guiding us individually through our emotional and spiritual journey and how authentically and naturally she is sharing the gifts of the tantric Yoga practice. Not only was I taught how to safely and properly guide students throughout an Asana Yoga class, we also learned the mantras, developed a great understanding for the Yoga philosophy and the traditional tantric teachings were superbly facilitated. She also gave great importance to share with us tools of introspection and self inquiry – a most valid foundation for a serious Yoga teacher aspirant.”

Felicia Hayden, Austria

“From creating a sacred Yantra, to Fire Ceremonies, Sacred Dance, Mantra, Pranayama and more. Ra Lalita has her own wonderful, unique way of teaching, she teaches with a lot of wisdom, grace and great sense of humour! And she cares deeply for everyone who takes this journey with her. The guest teachers were also amazing and each one brought something very special to the course. If you are looking for authentic teachings and a truly amazing TTC experience where you will gain knowledge and confidence to go out and teach immediately.”

Debbie Caruso, UK

“Throughout this intense and fruitful experience, the loving kindness, sensitivity and constant support of Ra Lalita Dasi and her equanimity and ability to see deeper in you, creates a safe and trusting environment where one is able to open his/her heart and immerse in love. I am very grateful for this wonderful journey. My decision to attend this specific TTC with Satya Loka has been proved to be the best choice. Right now I am receiving the fruits of this decision.”
