A deep study into the Science of Yoga Nidra
Welcome to our Yoga Nidra In-person Retreat or our Online workshop, where we invite you to explore the profound science and ancient practice of deep relaxation and healing. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or an aspiring instructor, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn, experience, and deepen your understanding of Yoga Nidra— the renowned yogic practice that promotes deep rest, restores balance, and facilitates personal and also spirtual growth.
This retreat blends the science, philosophy, and practical applications of Yoga Nidra with the healing, restorative benefits it offers to both body and mind. Healing comes when we can purify the sub conscious mind, and when we learn to live in the present moment, rather than the past and future.
A true practice of Yoga Nidra develops the capacity for living life in Awareness.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “Yogic sleep,” is a state of conscious relaxation where the body rests deeply, while the mind remains awake and aware. In this state, practitioners experience profound peace and rejuvenation, accessing layers of the subconscious mind for healing, transformation, and personal growth. On the other side Yoga Nidra is a complete path, that can actually lead behind the stages of consciousness direct to Turiya, a form of samadhi, which is the re- discovery of our natural state of pure consciousness.
Yoga Nidra is not just about relaxation; it’s a powerful tool for reducing stress, improving sleep, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering emotional balance. In its therapeutic form, it is used to promote healing from trauma, anxiety, and burnout, making it an essential practice for modern life.

Meet Your Teachers
Yorgos Aryavrat
From the early age of seventeen Yorgos began meditating, pursuing spiritual efforts and deepening his studies in Orthodox mysticism and gnostic Christianity. On the path of awareness he has always been interested in direct experiencing and understanding the inner life than perusing through intellect and reading. He was initiated into to the Kriya Yoga lineage and practices, which complimented and deepened his previous experiences.
Now Yorgos is an initiated teacher of Shivoham Tantra, and dedicates himself to holding in-depth meditation and Yoga Nidra retreats with his deep presence and calm nature, people simply feel at home.
Radasi Aryavrat
Radasi lives her life immersed and deeply inspired by places of pristine nature and sacred connection. She is a seasoned tantric practitioner and embodies the practices she teaches through a devoted and dedicated 28 years of Yogic exploration.
Yoga, Traditional Tantra, Meditation, Ritual, Holistic living and Mental health awareness are all merged as one pathway for revealing her own deepest nature, our natural state of presence.
She has been teaching Hatha Kundalini Yoga and Tantra since 2007, and serves as a counsellor and spiritual guide with her down to earth and loving embrace.
TESTIMONIALS
“I got so much more than what I came for. So much depth and guidance can only come from teachers with so much experience in their own spiritual path. Radasi is not just a Yoga teacher but a spiritual teacher that carries a lot of wisdom. This TTC was not only about learning about Yoga and Tantra, but an intense spiritual journey for my soul, and maybe that’s what it is all about. Learning about yourself, practicing what you teach.”
“Satya Loka represents the true connection with the ancient wisdom. In the most respectful way,
Satya Loka is giving us a chance to merge with the tantric traditions. Radasi’s path of devotion and service is her honest lifetime mission and a source of guidance. She has the ability to reach
people’s shadows and pain on a soul level and bring them to light in a very healing way. She has my respect because she walks her path while embracing her full strength and feminine essence.”
Such a special experience with Satya Loka in this beautiful venue in the mountains in Greece. Deeply honoured to have received the knowledge and wisdom and high standard teaching in this beautiful retreat of Radasi and Yorgos. I personally enjoyed the connection to nature, creative times and especially the authenticity and devotion of Radasi’s and Yorgos’ teaching. Highly recommending to everyone who is interested and open to experience traditional practices!”
